This location, like the others, serves fresh, tasty, and wholesome food; and you get to build your bowl. They service chicken, steak and salmon for the meat options. They have vegan options such as tofu. They serve all the healthy grains and greens like kale, quinoa, etc. The atmosphere and dining experience are like Chipotle but with a serious Healthy Kick to it. It’s really loud in here with the music turned up and their machines chopping and grinding, etc. Overall, it’s a great experience in here! They have outdoor seating too, so bring the fam!

Never mind trying to use their app. It is not a serious effort. It remembers where you ordered last time and then assumes that you will want to order there next time EVEN IF YOU ARE STANDING IN A DIFFERENT SWEETGREEN ESTABLISHMENT! And then, if you accidentally order from the wrong restaurant, they will check up on you to make sure you haven't ever done that before when processing your refund. Then they will insult you by making sure that you know that they are checking up on you to be sure that you are not trying to get away with something. (Trying to get away with going hungry instead of eating?!!!) When I complained to their customer "service" I got a second agent who doubled down on what the first agent said. It is like they don't have any grown-ups in the department. They are just there to insult "careless customers" who have offended them. I love their food. It is kind of sad that they are not really very serious. Looking carefully at their email, it seems they are blaming me for creating "food waste" as if customers ordering at the wrong establishment were the cause of food waste at restaurants. Anyone who knows anything about restaurants knows that the cause of food waste at restaurants is that it is impossible to know precisely how many customers will order on a given day, thus the extra food not ordered is wasted. The idea that one customer ordering something erroneously causes some significant food waste is silly. In a nut-shell, good food, silly customer service department.

ALMOST excellent. Great vegan options, although the menu unfortunately doesn't specify which bowls and dressings are vegan (especially unfortunate for the "caesar" salads) - you have to look at a document via the website. I visited twice and ordered the shroomami both times. I ordered it unmodified first, and changed it the second time (deleted raw beets and orange-ginger dressing, added spicy broccoli and chimichurri vinaigrette dressing). The first bowl was wonderful, with a nice spiciness that lasted until the last bite of kale (I think they sprinkled some extra spicy powder? not sure). The second bowl wasn't as good - the kale was a bit pale, and I didn't get a single floret of broccoli - every piece was from a stem/stalk. But overall I'd still call it very good and I love the wholesomeness of it. The ordering app is easy to use, and it's easy to make substitutions. It would be better if the menu didn't put chicken on nearly everything - you can delete chicken and tofu etc but having the meat there by default makes it hard to scroll through the options. Starting without a meat, and identifying vegan or veg, would be ideal. Anyway, I'll be back when I'm visiting again and want something healthy.

Do not recommend this place. $19 is obnoxiously expensive for food that was not fresh, including the steak I got, which was cold and poorly cooked. I'd be more than happy to spend this money for fresh/well cooked food, so let me know when that happens. Staff was 10/10 above and beyond kindness.

Sweetgreens you are my go-to. And I usually let any issues with my salads go. But lately it’s just too much. Four times now, if I order for pickup on the app, my order is wrong. Not like I modified it to be something really difficult to make. Just plain wrong. I’ve been ordering crispy rice for ever. This time, no crispy rice, no cucumber, no cabbage, no almonds. Literally chicken, arugula and carrots. This is not the $16 salad that I ordered. I cannot do this anymore. I want to love you but I can’t always stand in the line to ensure you get it right. Please get your to-go people in shape! I need you in my life but I’m about to break up.
