Visited Sweetwaters near North Campus with a friend to pass time. Ordered an iced Thai tea and hot milk tea. Disappointed as the milk tea tasted bland, lacking the expected flavor. Left more than half undrunk. Can’t speak for the coffee, but won’t be trying the milk tea again. On a positive note, the holiday decorations created a joyful atmosphere with a beautifully decorated interior.

I love the Affogato.... they make it so well. Unfortunately it's now switched from glass/ ceramic to plastic, which ain't great for taste. I also wish there were choices to the icecream flavor than plain vanilla.... :) Apart from that, it's A2's fav coffee chain, lots of croissants and sandwiches, and also brownies, pastries and scones. The Ice Dragons are a perennial fav 😍 Look out for the zodiac themed branded glasses around Lunar New Year. Collected a few in red, the Snake and rabbit were gold and white not as great as the red ones, but that's a 12 year purchase list if you're into it.

This place has a great atmosphere and a small prayer area which I really appreciate as a Muslim. The service is great too and one of the baristas even prepared a drink who was not in the menu but that she knew how to make for us. Sweetwaters on Plymouth is my happy place. I feel very welcomed when ever it enter the cafe. I know many of the team members by name and they greet me as part of their family. Abby and Ava are genuinely interested in our conversion every time I stop by. Without a doubt Sweetwaters has the best drinks, great atmosphere and caring kind team members.

Really open and spacious coffee shop with a nice menu variety and plenty of happy faces! I wish I lived in the area—if I did I KNOW that Sweetwaters would become my daily coffee stop. The coffee drinks were good. Service slightly slow but they were busy so that’s okay. Parking is tight. The shop hosts occasional other events and there is something for everyone! Lots of comfy indoor seating and there is a good-sized outdoor seating patio too!
