We had our daughter's Bat Mitzvah party at Bethaday with about 80 people. It was absolutely perfect. Reserving the space was really easy and Diego was incredibly receptive to ALL my questions leading up to our big event. The space is so beautiful-we put up the garage doors so we could have it indoor/outdoor with a dance floor, DJ, and photo booth. This is a hidden gem for sure! Our only complaint (and it's a small one) is that we paid for them to set up and clean up, but they asked us and the people we hired to help us with the food to bring in the chairs and tables from outside.

We had a strategic planning retreat at TAF Bethaday Community Learning Space in the Project Room. It was perfect for our group of seven people! Big windows and a balcony made it so we didn't feel like we were stuck in a conference room for two days. We also took advantage of the beautiful outdoor space surrounding the Learning Space. The staff were kind and helpful. Lots of good food nearby. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this place if they let up a little - it seems like they care more about making money than trying to help you plan / manage your event. Lots of money go into this place and you’re still not guaranteed your money back (alcohol consumption -$450) you can pay for them to set up but literally it’s just them setting up tables and chairs (does it really make a difference? ) and you pay them by the hour to do nothing but watch you. You can’t have any inflatable , ball pits no matter the size ( party baby fit for 1-5 year olds wouldn’t work here !!! ) inside or out unless you get an order from king county and that’s if they allow it on their property while also getting insurance for it and the alcohol and whatever other license or insurance they need. All these things are reasonable things to be worried about at your space but for you to be a great business and not help your costumers create the event they want is pretty diabolical. You want all this money but really all you can have inside is food drinks and a photo area. For some that’s all they need but for $1200+ …. Absolutely NOT. I would find better , cheaper and same quality

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Bethaday and couldn't have been happier! Sarai, Geneva, and the whole team were so helpful throughout the process, and the venue had pretty much everything we needed. The gorgeous large trees in the adjacent park made for a beautiful ceremony backdrop. So many guests commented on how much they liked the space. We had a wonderful experience, are grateful for the opportunity to support Bethaday's mission, and would recommend the venue to anyone!
