Although they didn't answer immediately, they did call back quickly and took considerable time generously explaining all the ins and outs of getting fitted with a custom bicycle and all of the questions I had, and I had a lot . Kevin is a HUGE help, very knowledgeable, and swift with his services. I came in this morning for an unfortunate flat on a road bike I'm borrowing, and I was in and out within 20 minutes with a new inner tube and a load of confidence. The attention to detail and expert advise that we received from Kevin at Tandem Cycle Works through every step of the process, from selecting a bike to sizing to determining appropriate options and accessories to the expert finish details of the bike build, was extraordinary. And then when the bike was ready (one week before the estimated delivery initially provided by Co-Motion) Kevin spent most of an afternoon going through everything on the bike and how to properly disassemble (and then reassemble) the bike for packing into two Co-Motion Co Pilot travel cases, which can go as checked luggage. Fabulous customer service. Made it well worth the travel from Boise, Idaho to Denver to pick up the bike. I highly recommend working with Kevin and Tandem Cycle works for purchase of your tandem bicycle.

Kevin did a fantastic job repairing our two co-motion touring bikes, He is extremely knowledgeable with Rohloff hubs and gearing and he made numerous repairs that no other bike shop has been able to do (and we've been to plenty in the U.S., Europe, and Australia). He charges a very fair and reasonable price for his services and he is excellent at communicating schedules and the how and why behind repair issues and keeping our bikes in top condition. He even took pictures and a video while doing our repair work to help explain some of the issues we were having with various components on the bike. We found that extremely helpful and educational.
