The parking situation is horrible, a big frustration is that they continuously stack the carts to where they block parking spots. What's worse is that they even block handicap spots at times. This has been happening for many months and I know it can't be an accepted target practice as I am a delivery driver and go to targets all around Phoenix and out of almost a dozen stores I go to this is the only one that does it

Target is one of my favorite places to shop because it offers a wide variety of products all in one spot—from groceries and household essentials to clothes and electronics. The store layout is easy to navigate, and it’s usually clean and well-organized. I appreciate the quality of their in-house brands and the frequent sales that make shopping even better. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially in the checkout lanes. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes the store can get crowded during peak hours, and certain popular items run out quickly. Overall, Target is a reliable and convenient spot for pretty much everything you need.

Allowed me to purchase two expensive items via their app only to cancel both items in my order because they actually didn’t have it in stock. They need to update their system to reflect current inventory and allow instant refunds when they do make these mistakes. Edit to add that I tried calling ahead and speaking with two different departments to confirm they had it in stock but no one could pick up my calls.

To share a couple of issues when i went into the store I noticed the sign in the main entrance of it is coming down and is being supported by the T can be a huge hazard. When checking out the only line open was the self check out. It had a line and none of the registers were open. On a day before the holiday that doesn’t make sense. I did not share my concerns with management as I was just stopping by for a quick purchase.

I typically enjoy going to this target I just got home from visiting this location and I am very upset today @845pm 5/5/25 I checked out at a cashier near self check out. a older white male heavy built cashed me out, my total $62.29 & I handed him a $100 bill he was supposed to return to me $37.71 and the worker only handed me $30 I showed him and said politely I’m missing change, the worker replied defensively“no I gave you everything .. I don’t have $1 bills so I paid you in quarters.” He DID NOT he only gave me $1 in quarters and the rest cash. I did not want to argue so I walked out. IT IS THE PRINCIPAL OF THINGS AND HOW YOU HANDLE SITUATIONS WHEN WORKERS ARE INCORRECT! I wish a higher up was available to speak with them regarding this situation imagine if he did this to me how much money is he probably pocketing?
