Ordered popcorn chicken and fried pork meals, they asked me for a spicy level and I said mild, but when we looked at how much spicy seasonings they put and tasted it, it was more like medium/hot level. We had 3 adults eating them and we all agreed this is not just a mild, Called the restaurant and asked if they mixed up the spicy level, they called back and stated that it was made correctly and reminded me next time I should tell them to have the spicy seasoning on the side. Just kind of disappointed with the way they handle customer complaints. Ps. This is not my first time order them, I ordered the same thing before with mild and never had an issue with them and my kids could always handle it.

I liked the Honeydew Boba and the Short ribs, but it seemed like it took a ridiculous amount of time to make when there was hardly anyone in the store. Customer service was meh— it was kind of annoying that I had to ask for my drink that was just sitting there while the food was still being prepared.
