Dealer was not paying attention to a hand, I audibly say all-in and check-raised jammed the turn as a bluff, dealer starts dealing out the river completely messing up the hand and I show my bluff because I was assuming the other person called but they say they didn't. Ended up losing 200$ pot at 1/2 because I had showed my hand and Villain has to call with Ace high against my King High bluff. Just be careful of dealer quality, never had issues at other card rooms and casinos. Positive is that they gave out some free food from the bar for randoms to try.

Best poker card house I have ever played! Been playing poker since 1999; it’s 2023. I have even thought about moving near Dallas just to play. Very cool place! Played tournaments here. The $13 a hour is pricey for cash games. And it has membership fees just to enter. They have 3 armed security in building and one roving guard outside parking lot. Free coffee 🥸I love the all card tables; there’s no dice, no slot machines, just chips shuffling from poker ♣️ ♥️ ♦️

Leaving you zero stars although I like the card room your online hijack app does nothing to slow down the rampant collusion that’s going on in your Omaha games, do you guys even have software that catches red flags? It’s very obvious same group of around 10-15 players, you need to implement reshuffling of dead cards if not you are letting your players burn their money to collusion.

Dealers will try to steal money from you and say you called a $5 straddle after you looked at your two cards and place a $5 chip to call the $2 big blind another player will raise $5 and make the dealer think you straddle even if you didnt then try to argue with you about something you never did i see why the black female dealer forgets her name tag so people wont have a name to place with the extremely careless behavior and bad attitude Front door girls and the podium girls don’t communicate they are very rude and will Try to make you check in 3 times before they’ll let you sit down at a table and say really rude things because they don’t know how to do their own job again trying to blame me for their own mistakes Visited everyday for 60 days Extremely poor membership experience this establishment cheats They try to scam you into buying time twice They will on purpose leave your time running so you have to buy it more often Even when you buy time at the front door they will immediately harass you about buying time again when you sit down to play poker They will let you play 2 or 3 hands then they will exclude you from the next couple hands until you buy time a second time or spend your time and energy trying to figure out why they won’t give you the time you paid for when you first entered the building Then the dealers will yell and scream at you because the whole establishment is poorly trained and disorganized The girls who work at her front door will steal from you when you ask to buy time they will pocket some of your money it’s extremely shady the way this establishment operates and cheats so much fraud going on and now I’m banned because I didn’t feel like buying my time after I already paid for time once.. for some reason I need to buy time twice once at the front door and again at the poker table because the front door girls love to steal from members and the management helps people cheat by excluding you from certain hands for no reason when most nights they are super cool and will let my time run down to negative one hour with out harassing me Please get better management please train staff better Please hire better door girls clerks counter peoples who don’t steal and can actually do their job properly Please hire better dealers who don’t stand up and yell floor like a giant toddler having a tantrum because my clock says I’m negative 1 minutes after I just paid for 60 minutes and you refuse to update my time Clock This happens all The time the poor mismanagement at the Dallas location of TCH I hope they hire a competent manager who can hire staff who actually cares about doing their job and not stealing from members
