Searching for information on Kefir and dental treatments, I stumbled upon Mr. Farr's YouTube channel TheArtofUnity. I had difficulty downloading the videos to take home and study until I stumbled upon 'getlink' where I had been using 'ss' inserted before the 'y' in youtube. Until I understand the process better I will download them in .flv, .webm, and mp4. What appeals to me to make the effort to study these videos is Mr. Farr's breadth of knowledge with regard to his topics. His topics also cover a wide range. Right now I am downloading his report on how to make dried kale chips, so I do not waste my kale etc. I have downloaded the HGH collagen videos already. There is more to dig into. I am interested in all that Mr. Farr and associates have on kefir. The magnesium video will be important. Cooking with oils will be my last word once I view them. The short Qi-Gong/Tai Chi videos will be put into practice. I would like to add them to a coordination routine that includes about three important moves in Aikido. This much to work with in Mr. Farrs presentation and I will put it alongside Dr. David Williams' pdfs (e.g. 50 Medical Lies) and Dr. Mercola.
