I finally found a workout that stuck! Bar Method has such great classes, and I am impressed by how 'doable' they were when I started, even though they're still challenging for me 8 months in. The classes are very pricey, so if you are even considering going back for more than one class, get the new member special for $100 for a month of class. The class I attended was very full and felt very cramped. It was also hard to see the instructor, so she had to fix me a lot just because I didn't understand the movements. The class uses props, which is nice for modifications. The staff here is very, very friendly and the class really was a great workout. The studio is very clean and offers free locker service while you're working out. Be sure to bring your own water and towel.
