We had a wonderful stay at The Betsy Hotel in Miami Beach. The location is excellent—right on Ocean Drive, with easy access to the beach. One of the highlights was the complimentary beach access, including sun loungers and an umbrella, which made our beach days especially relaxing. The hotel itself has a beautiful, thoughtfully curated decor, with stunning art and photography displayed throughout the property, adding a unique and elegant touch. Our room was very comfortable, with super comfy beds that made it easy to rest after long days in the sun. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we want to give a special shoutout to Fritz, who was always helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Loved everything about our stay here. First, the location is perfect. Second, the hotel design is impeccable. Third, top notch little details like sweets and champagne available in the lobby. You can tell they’ve put so much effort into this hotel. The rooftop pool was perfect, and Gustavo was an absolute legend! They have free snacks all day and Gustavo brought smoothies and other treats throughout the day for the guest. Do not sleep on the swordfish tacos. We must have ordered them 3 times they were that good.
