Most of their reviews are on mind&body but this is hands down one of the best studios in salt lake. Especially if you’re looking for a personal experience that’s comfortable and welcoming. I hate the gym but have absolutely fallen in love with Pilates because of this studio. It feels like going to work out with your friends every time (or maybe it’s just because they’ve become my friends). Highly recommend Mariah and Cal for all level of work outs including their pop-up mat classes around the city!

This is my favorite place to start my day or to destress after work. I was always hesitant to do reformer pilates simply because machines intimidate me, but my instructors have always been super helpful during class. I love the small class format and getting the attention I deserve, so I’d say your money is well spent at The Block! That extra attention ensures you have the right postures and actually get the intended workout in. Simply good vibes all around and the staff is the best.

The Block is a completely unique Pilates experience. All the instructors are SO knowledgeable and with the small class sizes, you basically get a private class with your new besties. The studio is so cozy and a great place to start(or end) your day. LOVE the block!
