They lost 1 star for letting people bring in a dog. Who brings a dog to a restaurant apart from a visually impaired person. This couple walk in carrying a dog, walk to the bar, put the dog on a chair and sit either side of it. Last thing I want to do is sit on a chair that a smelly dog has sat on. It's an ANIMAL. Lost 1 star for the entitled customer. A family of 6, 2 adults, 4 kids running around. Kids eat first, parents only eat when kids finished. Dad was stopping staff, chatting, kids were running wild, food everywhere. I don't care that they know the manager, they were rude, loud and obnoxious. Put us off our food. Onto us. Burger had to be made twice, 1st time came out with cheese scrapped off it. Second time it came out pink. Third time it was fine. Food was lovely. Everyone at everything. Staff were very kind, very good at their job and gave us tips on places to visit. Staff went above and beyond and it was hard as other table kept calling them. Not sure if we will be back.

Let me start my review by saying " I'm super duper upset with this branch". We placed an order online last night for supper. We got to the usual pickup spot for curbside pickup but we had trouble in checking in because we didn't get the text where you usually check-in. We were calling their number many times but nobody was answering, I'm assuming the cars parked next to use had the same issue because people were stepping down to their vehicles to enter the store. Fast forward, since there's no hope anybody will pickup the phone. We decided to go to the store. So my husband went and I stayed inside the car with our 2 babies. After 7 mins he came back empty handed! They told him THEY GAVE AWAY OUR FOOD?! And to go back in 15 mins?! Omg. They didn't even offer to drop it off at the pickup spot. My babies started crying and all. It was so frustrating. We got home almost 10pm with no compensation for the inconvenience but that's fine, but then they didn't even follow the instructions for our order given they already messed up the 1st time! We're already so tired for our long day and cheesecake factory made it worse instead of easing it... Please improve your service!

It's was a Saturday evening, we had to wait for an hour. Food was well presented, and everyone seemed happy with their meal. The crab dip was really good. Also, the mac and cheese appetizer was surprisingly good.

Staff - Very nice hostess, kind and attentive waiter. Environment - Noisy, table had crumbs all across the joint between table and wall, and the covering for the table was coming up , giving a rough feeling. Food - Overpriced for what you get. Got the steak frites (pictured), it was cooked correctly, but lacking in texture and seasoning. Fries were so smothered in oil they looked wet.
