I’ve had several negative experiences with one of the staff members at The Cuff Club, a man who sometimes works security and other times as a bartender. He has treated guests, including myself and my friends, with unnecessary rudeness and has even yelled at patrons without clear cause. It creates an unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere that goes against the inclusive vibe the club is known for. I hope management addresses this behavior, as it really affects the overall experience for many of us who come to enjoy a safe and respectful environment

Bad, nasty experience here during my first days in Seattle. I came into around 8pm when not much people were around. The door man asked me for my passport or driving license, but I only carried my national ID (from other country). He didn't even accept my UW ID card. I was about to leave when this (white) employee asked me if I was a delivery guy. He assumed that since I'm Latino I have that type of job. But I didn't mention anything about delivery nor I was wearing a uniform Super unpleasant experience. Please, educate your staff.

Pride bait and switch! Myself and a group of friends got to cuff around 945 and all paid the steep $75 entrance fee.Half of the group went to the bathroom and when we came back they were putting up barricades and if you weren't inside the barricade you were pushed outside. This was not mentioned when we just purchased our tickets. The other half of the group was inside the barricade and got to go inside , but we were stuck in a line that didn't move , as the venue was at capacity. Such a shady move by cuff ! Do not recommend.

Upon leaving, my friend was slapped across the face by a customer after being accused of being “under 21.” Yes — by a customer. Eventually, we walked up to a bouncer — in this case, “scary Anne” — (a nickname given by their colleague.) Scary Anne refused to believe my friend was slapped as they, “didn't see it,” therefore claiming it didn’t happen. Thankfully, Psalm (a worker) came outside and formally apologized on their behalf and stated that they would report the incident as they took a pic of the rude customer who hit my friend. Thank you Psalm for your kindness, and help

The place was amazing for dancing. Wish they had a couple local beers on tap, but I loved my experience there!
