I decided to go out of my comfort zone and take a workout class. After my very first class I was hooked! The community of people are so friendly and welcoming; and everyone I’ve met who works here has been so inviting. The class I take can be moderately challenging but is really accessible for a beginner. The ability to modify (judgement free) keeps the workout engaging and adaptive. I cannot recommend this place enough!!
