Landed in Denver from the uk and went straight to this bar. Listen to a Broncos podcast so wanted to check it out. Such a great sports bar, showing lots of different games and sports. Really love the decor. The sliders and tenders were lovely, love how they were named after Denver sports teams/phrases. Cocktails were lovely too. All the staff were so friendly, got chatting to the locals and had a blast. 10/10 place 🧡

But I paid $17 for a Reuben that was 80% sauerkraut and had one sad slice of corned beef, I even showed the waitress the photo of the sandwich on their own website and how it looked entirely different. If you’re out of a core ingredient, just take it off the menu, don’t stretch your ingredients to make profit. When I brought it up, the manager didn’t offer a solution—just asked me what I wanted her to do. That’s not how you handle a customer complaint. I asked for a beer to be comped since no replacement or refund was offered, and she agreed. But the fact that I had to ask for anything myself, felt off. Portions were tiny for the price, and overall the experience didn’t come close to being worth it. I won’t be coming back.
