I am a big fan of sauna/spa/wellness centers and I highly recommend! I came for my birthday in the morning on a weekday and it was not too busy- plenty of room to lay out on the patio and cycle between the space's different offerings. I will be returning!🧖♀️🛁

I almost didn't go to this place. I thought it was a bit scandalous. I was wondering how I would appear. If I would measure up. It didn't matter. They were very accommodating for a poor flight and needing to break up the spa and massage time. I haven't slept well since! Clearly need another massage. Faviola was absolutely a godsend and as someone that suffers from chronic pain being seen and hitting the trigger points in a way that gave actual relief was nothing short of miraculous. I'm so glad I went and that I came back. If I lived in Portland I'd never leave. Wonderful place.

It is amazing what a peaceful experience they have created within the city. Huge trees provide wonderful shade as you soak and relax. The chairs and fire were great to sit around between soak and sauna. Everything is clean, the staff is delightful and I highly recommend a visit.
