Drove by this place many times before I finally decided to stop in. Now it's my favorite place to go for a quick afternoon drink. Dogs are allowed as long as they're behaved. But it's always fun to be greeted at the door by a pup. My little guy Franklin is pictured. I usually stop by in the afternoon because they play Jeopardy with the sound on and the whole place plays along. The day bartenders, either Tom or Dimitri depending on the day, are both great and friendly bartenders. If you stop in a few times they start to remember your usual drinks and they have it ready for you by the time you sit down. I almost didn't want to post about this place because I don't want it to get too crowded. Haha. But it's too good not to. Has a pool table, darts (metal tip), and Golden Tee. If only they had Big Buck Hunter it would be perfect.

If you're looking for a fancy trendy bar this is not it and they don't try to be. This is the local dive bar with a pool table and mostly neighborhood locals. They are also dog friendly so if you have dog allergies you might want to avoid. Down to earth people, no pretenders here. Don't get me wrong I like trendy bars too but sometimes you just feel like a local hole in the wall.
