This studio combines meditation and workout. Studio provides lots of variety of classes. There are excellent teachers there. Although not all are excellent in my view, of course. Yoga mat, blanket, blocks, straps , and tea are available for free. There are many sessions like sound healing, specific trainings, etc... apart from membership. This studio has sitting areas that invite meditation. Very friendly vibe in the place. The studio is elegant.

I liked talking to the managers but the teachers were such a hit or miss for me. One of the classes I took, I found the teacher to be really snarky and unpleasant. The cues and sequencing were not always smooth for fitness safety. Other teachers are superb. But overall there didn’t feel like a strong sense of community outside of those specific teachers. Beautiful space though.

Green Yogi is my safe and happy place. All the teachers are gifted and patient. Particularly, I enjoy Satya Gita Aune’s classes which are challenging, strengthening and evoke a deep feeling of belonging ( for me personally ). I highly recommend Green Yogi for beginners and long time practitioners!

Are you pregnant/postpartum? You need yoga with Annemaria! Annemaria’s classes have been an anchor of self care for me for nearly a year now, starting with her prenatal classes, then connected core series, and now in postnatal. Annemaria is deeply knowledgeable about the birthing body, and her classes leave me feeling so supported and strengthened in ways I can take with me into the rest of my day. I am so grateful to have found her at Green Yogi - Annemaria is magic!

I have been attending prenatal yoga classes with Annemaria for the past two months. It is the best thing I've done during my pregnancy, and I can't recommend her enough. The classes are great for all trimesters, teaching you how to relax and stretch your body in ways that alleviate any discomfort you might be experiencing. Annemaria emphasizes tuning into your own individual needs; once you're in a pose, she encourages you to move according to your body's intuition and explore how everything feels (which sounds simple, but really gives you the freedom to just feel and heal yourself). She also provides valuable education and advice on positioning and breathing techniques for labor.
