Had a lesson with Ryan, was very informational and helpful! Took a lesson before going on a mid winter golf trip to fine tune some things and ended up coming away with a lot more. Actually hit my first and only hole-in-one on that trip so that was crazy! Cheers!

Love this place! Staff here are amazing and the overall vibe is great. They have a fully stocked bar and lots of yummy snacks/appetizers to enjoy while you play. I also highly recommend lessons from Ryan Scanlon who works here. After 10 years of golf I FINALLY got lessons and it was completely worth it. Within 2 lessons he fixed my grip, corrected my swing path, and taught me how to hit a draw, after YEARS of hitting a "fade" (it was really a slice). He really makes a point of connecting with you on your level and providing a lot of positive feedback, which is so important when making swing changes that feel uncomfortable. I am definitely playing better golf now because of him! Cannot recommend Ryan and the Hack Shack enough. Just a really special spot in the middle of the big city!

It’s a great little spot. Easy to get to with a great central location. They were flexible with timing offered reservations and had a great system. Didn’t feel too crowded and was a reasonable price given the area and surrounding locations. Great experience!

My husband and I visited NY for a few days on Spring Break this week. He loves golf and I wanted to give him a small surprise to be able to play- this place did not disappoint! He had such a great time and the customer service was phenomenal. Now I need to find a place to compare back home lol! Thanks for the experience.

I had previously went to another golf simulator place similar to this one and had a very bad time, but this place was the exact opposite. The person helping us (who I assume was the owner) was VERY nice. At the previous place we went to, we made a reservation, showed up early, and had to wait 10 minutes after our reservation to get in. At this place, we walked right in and the owner brought us right to a free area and we got to play immediately. He brought us some cups with ice in them, and a glass bottle with water to pour. The chairs were some of the comfiest chairs I've ever sat in! There was a tee that you could adjust to go up and down, as well as a couple that you can just put on the floor. They used a high end PC and we had a smooth experience because of it. I was briefly playing darts and while I was doing that, the owner brought over a couple attachable lights so I could see better. Overall we had a fun time and had great service!
