We tried this place for brunch recently and had a good time. The place is spacious with several seating areas. The wait staff is friendly and responsive. The yellowtail smashed sushi was a great appetizer. My daughter enjoyed her eggs, bacon and toast. The kitchen sent it out quick, so she was happy. The chilaquiles enchiladas and the California breakfast bowls were great. Both had excellent flavor and the portion sizes matched the price. Overall, it was a great brunch and we'll be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. The design of this restaurant is immaculate. The restaurant was busy at the time so I understood that it took the waitress a while to get to us and to get our food as we sat at the bar. I got the Caesar salad and the croutons and chicken had a pungent burnt taste to them so it was to enjoy the salad. The Brussels sprouts were good though. The mocktail was good as well. Parking is validated but please note it is up to 2 hours for free.

The shell of this establishment is beautiful BUT beyond that… That’s it. My husband and I just left The Henry we were seated pretty fast BUT after that is where it went downhill. Waited over 10-12 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence at the table. I don’t know our waitress name because she never gave it. We ordered the Truffle Brie toast as appetizer it was a few pieces of the toast were burnt however the flavor is the only reason this gets 2 stars along with the decor. I ordered Flower Child scramble which tasted burnt but was luke warm not hot. Our French toast were burnt (zoom in on pic) taste burnt as well and it took an additional 10 minutes to get syrup-so it was basically cold. My husband had the egg white omelette and he said it was okay the reason for 2 stars as well. I had a watered down ginger ale $9.50 and hubby a glass of cranberry juice $9.00 as well. Our waitress was merely non existent- had to stop 2 other waitresses to get a glass of water. While the food looked okay it was not good to me at all. When a manager came by and asked was the food good…I just looked at her AND GUESS what? she walked off didn’t even inquire or ask for clarity… as I type this I’m changing rating to one star because I forgot about that. $97 plus $20 tip= A WASTE OF MONEY…. Of course we tipped because that’s who WE ARE-but I left a note. We WILL NOT BE BACK!! Why didn’t we just leave because we were tired as we got up early to drive to a friends early church service and knew we had a longer ride back home as we don’t live in the area. 1 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I wish there was a 4.5 star. The place is beautiful and viby, with both a nice dining room and an outside balcony. The service is great and quick. My only qualm is that the food is average and looked better than it tasted. We ordered a few items and were not blown away. It was just there for us to eat while we conversed and the food did not come up in conversation. My tortilla soup had a giant glob of cheese that felt unnecessary (broth was good), The eggs Benedict was ok, but too much bread for the topping. The avocado toast felt heavy and again, too much bread in proportion to avocado. The tuna sushi was delicious (5/5). Fries are good (did not come out hot). I’m willing to come again and try other menu items since the place really is lovely.

The Henry offers New American Cuisine in a chic café restaurant style that also provides space upstairs with a rooftop tiki bar and lounge. We visited on a Monday evening. There was no reservation required and there was no wait time. RSVP's are available to book online. Upon arriving, we were greeted and asked if we were there to dine in the restaurant or if we wanted the happy hour. Unknowingly of what their happy hour consisted of we chose to dine in the restaurant area. Afterwards, we were informed by our waitress that the happy hour was a tiki bar lounge on the rooftop and they offered a separate menu with it. Since we chose to dine-in we were already excluded from anything "happy hour" but were told we could still visit the lounge afterwards. For dinner, we chose an appetizer of Parmesan Truffle Fries and the Entre'es of Rotisserie Chicken and the Harvest Bowl with added grilled chicken. All of the food was good. My favorite was by far the truffle fries. However, the rotisserie chicken was flavorable and juicy while the grilled chicken added to the bowl was dried out and bland. Honestly, the Harvest Bowl could have been better and seasoned with more flavor. We also ordered drinks with dinner. I would recommend the espresso martini. The "H" served on the drink was a nice touch and made it feel luxurious. I do wish we would have been informed more about the tiki lounge upon arrival. After dinner, we ventured to the rooftop. It was not busy at all. We lounged under a cabana and ordered a frozen drink served in a coconut. It was much nicer to sit one-on-one upstairs where although music was playing, it was much easier to hear. Whereas, downstairs in the restaurant, it was very hard to hold a conversation due to the noise level. Overall, The Henry offers a well-rounded experience. It is worth checking out. Good food and great vibes.
