The (what I will call "curried") hummus base was flooring in aromatics and really cuts through the flavors Burrata was brought together by the salsa verde and really carried flavor into the creamy texture of the goat cheese. Lamb arayas have a je ne se quoi (nutty from pine nuts?) quality that was stunning on the first bite. Great texture on the lamb. Pita was crispy and holds the spiced lamb well. The shrimp a la plancha features a gravy, which brings a necessary acidity to round out the meaty texture on this truly jumbo shrimp.

The crap fried rice is a bit salty so I wouldn’t do that again, but the gnocchi was fantastic! House wine is pretty good as well!

The salad was decent and had a nice aroma to it. The crab fried rice had a good texture but was extremely salty. I typically like salty food, but even this was a bit too much for me. The texture and sourness of the dish was great on the other hand. The portion and price of this plate is why I docked a second star. Also, the salad although flavors were good and it had a nice aroma, it was also on the saltier side. Our server William was great and checked on us the perfect amount of times. Even when we said that we didn’t quite enjoy the crab fried rice due to the saltiness, he offered to get us something else to eat even though the kitchen had already closed for lunch. Overall, I would say this place is worth it if you like salty food, but also if not, the menu had other options that seemed they would be a great alternative to the dishes we had.

The best pork chop ever! We were visiting from TX for vacation but I would love to come back to Boulder again for this restaurant!
