This center is full of homeless people. When I walked in, I thought I was in a shelter. The refreshment area was smelling something awful. The center is made beautiful, and how could they let it go down on account of the homeless. The homeless should be removed from the center.

Had an anniversary gala dinner held here. Nice facilities, helpful staff, good location, and very accommodating. Not sure what other venues and services they provide, but it's a very welcoming and state of the art place.

Staff is unbelievably rude and discriminatory. My friend was misgendered multiple times and was told to "relax" when he corrected staff members. A real shame to see what used to be a wonderful place turn into a complete and utter embarrassment. UPDATE: staff there is still unbelivably rude and laughs at guests and makes fun of them. Absolutely disgusting.

LGBTQ Friendly and Positive Space Attended an author reading here who experienced in his youth, racism and homophobia from schoolmates and neighbours, but in maturity his attitude and tone was positive supported by a packed room of fans. The space had a stage with seats and bright lights allowing everyone a good clear view of author and interviewer. Downstairs an information lobby and cafe were open to the public. Note: two mixed gender washrooms were an intriguing experience and maybe mixed bath houses will follow this equality trend?
