Me and 4 other buddies of mine came in for their bottomless mimosa special last week for a good time to enjoy the nice day. We were nice and respectful to our servers. The first server, Dan, had a great attitude. He switched servers to, Lulu, who had an attitude every time we would ask her to refill our mimosas. She looked like she hated dealing with us even though we were very patient and respectful with her. When we were finished and ready for the bill. She charged us with an automatic 20% gratuity for just serving 5 people. To my understanding auto gratuity is for when you have a group of 6 people or more. She was very standoffish when we mentioned to her. We were very unpleased with her attitude. Hopefully she doesn’t do this to other customers.

Love the firepit on the back patio. My dog and I enjoyed the view. The cocktails were great! The bartender makes a really tasty cosmo. He used Contreau liquour for the orange flavor in the drink and it tasted outstanding. (Most bars use Triple Sec liquour for the orange flavor in a cosmo.) The NY steak and fries were not very good. The crinkle fries were of the premade frozen variety and tasted like they had been baked in an oven, not fried. The steak was tough. But, what can you expect for a $26 restaurant steak these days? The staff seems very down to earth and genuinely kind. I saw a cute baby rabbit run through the back patio.

The Lookout has been a go-to spot for a decade for me. I've had almost everything on the menu, all good. It's surprising just how fantastic their "bar" food is! My personal favorites: hummus plate, deviled eggs, macaroni and cheese (w/ bacon and spinach!), sliders, and pretzels with cheese dip - BEST dip!! Servers are always fun, the vibe is good; just a fantastic neighborhood bar you can count on.
