When pollen was stuck in my tulle dress, Lindsay was right there, helping me carefully pull it off without skipping a beat. She was more than just a coordinator—she was our biggest cheerleader, keeping everything running smoothly and making us feel supported through every moment. I recently photographed at my first wedding at the Meadows at Firefly Farm Preserve and I am in love! The areas where we were able to photograph at were all well thought out and stunning, plus there were so many other options for ceremony and couples photos that we didn't even have time to explore. The getting ready space upstairs in the house is spacious, bright and well lit. Perfect for make-up application and photos. The covered patio was perfect to use for photos of the large bridal party early in the day while it was raining and later in the day it was an excellent cocktail space for people to mingle and enjoy the day. My personal favorite was the teal bar though! The staff were friendly and easy to work with. The location is great because it is close to everything in Raleigh but feels very secluded and private. I would definitely recommend the Meadows at Firefly Farm Preserve for your wedding!

She was such an incredible partner and coordinator through the whole process - was efficient in her work, incredible at putting all the pieces together and working with our vendors, and pivoting as needed. This was our dream venue the moment we toured it and didn't look any further! The Meadows is the BEST - the best views, the best ceremony sites, and just all around incredible atmosphere. You 100000000% want to hold any events or weddings here - don't look any further! We are blown away by our photos and are so happy we chose this place!

We just selected The Meadows for our microwedding. We were attracted to it because of the array of beautiful outdoor ceremony and photo locations and the ease of having a reception on site. It’s absolutely gorgeous! The inside locations are lovely as well. The price is also very reasonable. Hannah was the most spectacular wedding coordinator that a girl could hope for. She was proactive, kind and thoughtful, worked with the vendors, coordinated with the venue, and was so patient with our family members. It rained on our wedding day, but we still wanted to try to have the ceremony outside. Hannah made it work and did it with calm ease and a smile. She cheerfully handed out umbrellas and held one over my head… all while getting drenched herself. She thought of everything and did it all with grace. She was amazing!!! Everyone who attended our wedding was raving about how beautiful and well organized it was. Truly cannot say enough wonderful things about The Meadows and glowing remarks for Hannah! I’m so thankful that we had our wedding in this special place!
