Horrible to deal with and poorly packaged my bike resulting on my full carbon frame being cracked. staff was rude when initially coming to them like they didnt even want to help me package my bike, when the bike finally arrived back home the box was mangled and the frame inside had many paintchips added to it but most importantly it came cracked, totally unusable now i have to figure out what i am going to do, the packaging was poor and thats what led to all this. would never recommend this shop

He not only diagnosed the problem right away but also was very efficient fixing it. It has taken them five days just to change one inner tube that I bought for the to install. I was told that i was next in line for my repair 3 times throughout the week.They told me it was because the lead mechanic was on vacation. But it made no sense once he came back my repair should have been first in line. It was LITERALLY just one inner tube change. Once they "fixed it" the same tire went flat again! Turns out they didn't even change the inner tube. They just fill the previous one with air and kept the one I bought.
