This is the location at the U-Village. For this location, you will need to find parking in the parking lot and walk into the storefronts. Usually when we come, there is security at the door or someone to greet you, but recently, that hasn't been the case. The staff has changed some recently to be much younger. It was evident by the person at register snacking away and the other attendants kind of walking around without engaging with the customers. They were friendly at least, and that was appreciated. We asked about the coupon that we got in the mail, and if that is linked to the The North Face app because we forgot to bring it, but he had no idea💡 The North Face products are top-notch, and usually, they have employees wearing the gear and kind of selling a look. We didn't get that vibe at this store. Fortunately, I had bought the hat I was looking for in another color, so I came knowing what I wanted. Midas 5-stars for the quality gear. Midas 2-stars for the customer service.

What's not to love? Too much cool stuff, great customer service, and an awesome warranty. I came here a decade ago to see if I could PAY to have the zipper on my (at that time) TWENTY + year old down TNF sleeping bag repaired. Not only did they take it in, ship it off for repair (replacement of the zipper) at no cost - and a beefier/improved zipper at that, but they also washed the bag, and re-stuffed it with at least 3/4 of a pound of fresh feathers. Talk about getting your money's worth. I like me some Arc'teryx gear too, but they get stiff competition from the O.G. of outdoor wear - The North Face.

I like their store sales. They have two huge sales. One in the spring/summer and the other one is fall/winter. They currently have 40% off. I like that this store features two artists. Though the artists are not local in the PNW, it is still cool that Northface features them.
