Very clean space and well organized! Security was great and line to get in the venue went pretty quick. The pit management was a good surprise, bracelets were given for in-out access. I had enough space to dance around and move freely, never felt crammed. I was very happy they capped the pit. The only thing is that the volume was WAY too high. I wore filtered earplugs all night, and had a buzzing ear for a few days after. Other than that pretty fun experience!

I was in town recently and saw CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso at The Novo (they were amazing!). It was my first time at this venue, but have seen many shows in and around L.A. when we lived out there. I reached out ahead of time to ask about accessible seating options for my daughter’s special needs and Gaby, the Operations Manager, said she would help the day of the show. When we arrived and spoke to her, she was eager to assist and helped us get situated. The staff all around were attentive and friendly. We would definitely return to this venue because it was such a great experience! Gaby even checked on us during the show and we couldn’t have been more pleased! Thank you!!

We were at The Novo for the Pacquiao vs. Barrios press conference and the experience was impressively smooth—from the easy check-in to the excellent line of sight for both media and fans. The lighting and sound were on point, the branding visuals were everywhere (and stunningly clear), and the staff managed the crowd with calm professionalism. It’s a sleek, modern venue that knows how to host a high-energy event without chaos.

Very nice menu. Great people helping us during the line process. We got there early and walked a little before we entered the venue. The $12 parking was around the corner. Saint Jhn was a good performer. I don’t remember how much beer was. Sorry yall. The yard house before the show was an excellent idea. I had a shot and a beer with my friend. The appetizer, tuna poke bowl all for 65.00 for my girl and I.

I loved this venue! The artist, George Clinton, was amazing. The air conditioning was excellent! I danced in the pit next to the rail and it miraculously didn't get too hot like every other concert. It was nice to dance and not drip with sweat. The sound was good. My drink was expensive but good. I would love to see a concert here in the future!
