I didn’t eat anything so I have no idea how the food is. The atmosphere is fun. There was an Irish folk band playing. We were outside on the patio area and it was so nice with the warm weather and cool breezes. It got pretty crowded and there was only one bartender so there was a wait if you wanted a drink.

All other Irish pubs in southern California are imposters. This is the real deal! 🍀 🍻 🇮🇪 Look for Warren and Sarah to take care of you and your people. They have the big 3 on tap and a ton of whiskeys to choose from as well as plenty of televisions to watch your game. Great prices, amazing atmosphere and superb service. Erin go braugh 🇮🇪 slainte 🍺

I've been coming to the Ould Sod since 2002 and it has always been a great experience. The addition of a back bar area really opens the place up from its 1970s style dive bar schematic to incorporate more types of activities that bar customers expect these days. Also it hands down has the best Guinness in San Diego.

Loved the pictures and signs on the wall. The traditional music was fun to hear. Bar service was slow and people seemed cliquey. Guinness was good, Sprite was very sugary. Went back a month later and woman bar tender was super nice and fast! Tuesday nights have traditional music and it was still going on when we arrived a bit before 10pm!

DO NOT GO HERE. Thursday (04/10) around 10pm- We bought drinks and wanted to buy our next drinks, I called the bartender multiple times tall white lady with brown hair, I waved her down when no one was, I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she didn't hear me or see me, I waited, then said excuse me again, she looked me in the eyes and proceeded to talk to the guy next to us who wasn't even calling her, so we left. WE WERE THE ONLY MINORITIES THERE... she ignored us on purpose, she's racist. I've read comments here that the owner is the same way, IM NOT SURPRISED THAT HE LETS HIS STAFF ACT LIKE THAT TOWARDS PAYING CUSTOMERS. There are many bars on Adams that are way better and don't treat minorities bad.
