Amazing. Just amazing Thank you Bruce. Definitely worth it. Would take another class if I was in town longer! Class is perfect for beginners and people who enjoy being in the kitchen all the time! They have rotating classes that focus on knife skills, brunch, dinner and others focused on locations like Italy France etc. the themes are beautiful. I took the step into spring class they focused on the beautiful local veggies of the area. Anyone can throw a steak on the grill but to make veggies sing is an art form! Learned so many techniques today. Chef Bruce is an amazing teacher and his team was amazing. Service from start to finish. Hand hygiene is high! So everyone felt comfortable. Very clean. Very comfortable space. Open for questions, jokes and learning. Would definitely take another class here at the pantry.

1 teacher for 15 guests. That alone is reason enough to not come here. Hardly any interaction with the teacher. But there's more: It is 140$ pp, we still only got one veal shank despite being a couple that paid for 2 entries. Should we not get a piece each? It wouldn't matter anyway because you don't get to bring home ANY leftovers. We had over half of most dishes remaining, including a handful of cookies. TOO BAD, it's theirs if you can't stuff it in your face that second. Steer clear

expensive class, considering what you end up with. $140 per person. I have been to a handful of other cooking classes, so i would say at this point i have a pretty good idea of roughly what to expect for various price points. i will do my best to keep this review as concise as i can. we signed up for a Yucatan cooking class (mexican). I have been to mexico multiple times, and even taken cooking classes there and none of the flavors reminded me of anything in mexico. the pork was dry and flavorless, considering how long we spent discussing all of the ingredients used. the coconut shrimp was ok, but really nothing special, and the soup was very mediocre. my favorite food of the evening was the tortilla strips. i will say, the tortillas were the best part and i actually learned a good skill with those. the class was nearly 4 hours long and most of it is spent listening to someone describe ingredients rather than getting much hands on experience. all in all, i feel ripped off. if the food was killer as i had expected it to be, and we got a little more hands on time, this review would probably read a little different. I was truly disappointed with the lack of flavor at the end, and somehow the vibe was just off in general. f you are looking for a cooking class, i don't know where to recommend going in Seattle, but i can confidently say you will likely have better luck with another place.

I've been to Pantry classes a couple times. Excellent courses. They are so much fun! Once a quarter, they do community dinner (see pictures). It is quite a different experience than having dinner at a restaurant. The people serving you also were the chefs that made the food. So you can ask them about the food and how they made it. The food were so delicious! I think I am hooked!!!

Loved the experience of a cooking class. I know the price point may not be accessible for everyone, but it is a great experience of learning and you have the opportunity to eat together and enjoy what you cooked at the end of the class. I went on my own and easily met the people around me. Everyone was very inclusive and accepting. I took their Fall Farmer's Market class and am excited to take another in the future. I loved learning how to use local foods that are in season to make some delicious well-round meals. you receive a copy of all the recipes as well. I later made the delicious soup as well as the pear deserts at home on my own.
