Cute stuff but weird vibe— the people working there followed us around, asked us if we needed anything every 2 minutes, and kept trying to bring what we were holding up to the register like we were about to steal something the second they looked away. I absolutely don’t recommend shopping at this establishment. I felt discriminated against because of the way I looked. The person working the store on the afternoon of 12/22/2023 who seemed to be the owner was kind and helpful to everyone in the store but me. She greeted all of the white women who were in the store and did not acknowledge me in any way at first (I am a large man and she did not like my presence). Then after browsing (as this was my first time in this store and it was Christmas time) she came up to me and accusingly asked if I was looking for someone or something because she thought the way I was browsing (no different than anyone else) looked suspicious. After that encounter I just set the product in my hand that I was going to purchase on the shelf & walked out, completely offended by her lack of professionalism and inflammatory language. This is the kind of store that gives Scottsdale the bad stereotype of being elitist and judgmental. I will never come here again and I strongly encourage anyone who thinks of coming here to find somewhere else to shop where ALL customers are treated with dignity and respect despite their physical appearance.

This is one of the best gift & card shops I've ever experienced. I have no idea how they find so many unique items not available anywhere else, but I do know that I'm always able to find gifts for the hardest people to shop for. I loved this store! We spent almost an hour looking at everything in the store! I was able to pick a four gifts for my family and a friend! The staff was so nice and you could tell the local people shop here because everyone seemed to know everybody. Definitely a place to stop on you visit to Scottsdale!

I was referred to this shop by another paper shop in hopes of finding wedding envelopes that would nicely compliment my wedding invitation. Unfortunately for me the gentleman working the morning of 9/8/21 was less than thrilled to provide me with adequate customer service. I'm sad! The shop was beautiful and had a nice selection, however he failed assist me so I left, and resorted to an Amazon purchase.
