The atmosphere was good and we were seated immediately. Took us 30 minutes to get two orders of fries and they were cold. Had to flag down the waiter multiple times to even be acknowledged. Don’t blame her though, management should have more waiters on hand middle of the day Saturday. Overall would have been a great experience but most of the time was spent waiting around for service.

I've usually had a pretty good time here, but recently not so much. This last time, my wife and I arrived and were immediately were turned away at the door. A security guard named Muhammad interjected and turned us away at the door saying that my wife was drunk. She had not fallen, had not stumbled, nothing. I asked him, what was the criteria that he was making this statement? All he said was that she had enough and needed to go. He just kept repeating this, as if he enjoyed the confrontation. This is completely unacceptable. We have come here many times and have never caused a problem, ever. I can tell you that we will never come her again and we will tell our friends to not come here. I have spent so much money here and it makes me sick how poorly I have been treated tonight. There are better places to have a good time people...

By far the most affordable and high quality restaruant in palo alto or mountain view. All plates are around 20$!!! This is amazing. Got the pesto pasta and the chicken piccata and it was on par with a 30 or 40 $ plate at any other place. Full bar, high quality. See attached photos if you don't believe me!

I’ve only been here late Friday and Saturday nights when they have dancing. It’s the best place in the area for fun. It’s well organized, security is around, and they don’t cheat you. Highly recommended.

I went in here on business for lunch. I sat at the bar and everything was fine. It's good bar food and solid lunch. I tabbed out and forgot to get an itemized receipt. I have been reaching out for 2 weeks via e-mail and phone call and have received zero response. I was told only one person has access to be able to get an itemized receipt. I once called and let them know I have e-mailed several times. The lady on the phone said she took my info and handed it to her directly. I continued to follow up and have not received even an acknowledgement. I e-mailed every bit of information needed and have followed up 2-3 times a week for 2 weeks +. Very sad.
