Great studio, but as a beginner I wish there was more concentration on alignment and form. It's a great workout, but if you're not careful you could have an injury and there was basically no stretching or cool down. All that said, I'm sore but not sure it's the right fit for me.

Came with a friend to check out the studio and try Pilates because while we usually go to cycling/barre/yoga, we had a fitness pass to come try a class. The studio is pleasant and felt welcoming walking in. Unfortunately there were a couple disappointments to the experience. First, my friend had been charged for the class even though the fitness pass meant that she was already prepaid. We thought it would be simple to talk to someone at the front desk and request a refund, however the only option offered was to apply the charge to a future class. Second, my friend and I have health concerns and were disappointed that there was no preface/question asked by the instructor regarding whether anyone in the class would like modification suggestions (especially since there were only 6-7 ladies in the class). We don’t plan to return to the studio and it’s unfortunate there wasn’t customer service support to reverse the $35 duplicative charge to my friend. I had hoped for a more positive experience given the good reviews for this location, but was disappointed.

I have been a member here for 3 years and I LOVE it. The instructors are phenomenal, and it is my favorite workout. The BarreFormer is better than an other reformer I have tried- it includes a split carriage, jumpboards, and resistance training. You won't regret signing up (maybe during class, but def not after).

I have been coming here for years and it’s AMAZING! Both the TreadBarre and Pilates classes are phenomenal and such a good workout. The instructors are great and I am always ensured a good experience. I would definitely recommend The PilatesBarre to both first-timers and those familiar with pilates! They also have such a good selection of athletic wear and I always look forward to the new clothes.
