Tucked away in the heart of bustling Greenwich Village, this intimate theater offers a refreshingly warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the stage for a great night out. Surrounded by great restaurants, it’s the perfect spot to start or end your evening. We saw “Mike & Mindy’s Wild Weekend Jam”, and what a ride it was! This clever musical, full of sharp direction and a genuinely fresh storyline, kept us completely engaged from start to finish. Nice experience!

Players theater is hosting Beauty and the Beast , well loved by audiences of all ages. The show is great, beautiful acting & amazing performances. The theater itself would benefit from some much needed TLC. We loved the show & recommend for all ages, if you like musicals. It’s an off - Broadway option, whimsical magic flows all around and their presentation & scene design are pretty good . Booked with Fever app at a very affordable rate. VIP tickets pretty much get you a book per booking & level 2 seating. The theatre is pretty small & was at about 75 % occupancy, the small orchestra was placed by the stage. Overall very pleased with the show.

This is a great venue, intimate and comfortable. I’ve been watching productions here for almost 30 years. We’ve seen a few shows in the last year. As you would expect, over the years some shows have been misses, but some have been really great. More recently my kids enjoyed A Christmas Carol, but the current production of Beauty & The Beast was off. An unfamiliar take on the classic that lacked in its story & music, and some of the actors seemed miscast. Not horrible though, just blah. But go see it & judge for yourself! Please support your local theatre and get a ticket!

I can to watch my cousin in SCOUTS. It was first off broadway play I had ever been to. The showing and theater were great. I’m a pretty big guy so the seats weren’t overly comfortable. Very cool small venue.
