This studio is perfect. The entry area for casual convos and meeting the instructor is light filled and welcoming. The dressing rooms are small but efficient. The actual studio space is open and beautiful. I LOVE the wood floors. No stinky carpet here! The heat and humidity seems to be perfect every class, even if I struggle in it sometimes! And the instructors, 5 stars, every one of them. Each instructor brings different energy and pace into the room, but with the same practice that we all have grown to love. Thank you Jozlyn, for making a beautiful space, and treating your instructors with love and respect. I am so happy to be part of this yoga community.

I had the most wonderful class with Amanda. She is attentive and tuned into the class, loving, energizing and calming, clear, and effective. It is clear she has been classically trained in the Original Hot Bikram Yoga lineage and has deep and long-term faith in this yoga method. Class was pure, beyond therapeutic, transformational, medicinal, loving, detailed, clear, positive, strengthening, professionally instructed, and joyous. It is rare and difficult to find a true yoga school these days - one that is committed to the principles of stillness, standard sequence, normal breathing, discipline, faith, teachers teaching (i.e. not practicing along with students), and a focus on the spine and nervous system. It is really a miracle that the bikram / original Hot Yoga method persists in the yoga "market" with all the yoga-fitness options out there! It is a huge testament to the method and to the old-school bikram-trained teachers like Jozlyn that this school is here. I am so grateful. Definitely try at least ten classes within a month as a new student. The only way to avoid the healing power of this class is to not show up!
