I have been attending bootcamp classes at The Rise for over six years now. Six! That's a long time to stick with a workout program and the reason I have is because of the quality of the instruction. Somehow it is still challenging, still interesting, still fun! Jeff and Katie change the workouts constantly and it still kicks my butt and keeps me coming back three times a week. The community they have built goes beyond the workouts, too. I have made lifelong friendships with folks I met at class. I simply cannot recommend The Rise enough to anyone who wants to get a challenging workout, meet good people, and find a welcoming community.
