Great venue. Paid for fast pass because it said to skip the lines. Extra $50 and then they said we still had to get in the line that wrapped around the building to get id checked because they had no one doing that at fast pass area. The sound is great. Bathrooms are good. Olenty of bars. Drinks are super high. $14 for one white claw. But the drink specials tasted great. Parking is a mess but I will come back for shows because it really is a great concert venue

Went to see ice nine kills, it was a two night event and we bought tickets for both. We were glad we bought the parking upgrade so the car was safe and secure. Standing room only was very tight and we wished we had upgraded to the balcony seats but overall it was a great experience.

Amazing music venue. I flew down from Boston to NC to see The Warning at the Ritz. So happy I did. The sound was great. It is dig enough to get the big crowd vibe but small enough that you can see everything on stage. I had an upstairs lounge ticket. I highly recommend it. You get some snacks, private bar, sit in the balcony and they give you some snacks. I would also suggest the quick entry option. Rock on!
