We had a fantastic meal! The bison strip steak was absolutely phenomenal—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The cheesy potatoes on the side were irresistibly good, rich and satisfying. My daughter ordered mac n’ cheese from the kids menu. My husband went for the bison burger and was thrilled with it. Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and great service—we’ll definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of dining at salt republic. It was our first experience there, so we enjoyed sampling quite a few dishes. The risotto (chef’s special) was delicious! The wild boar was next level delicious! The flat bread was a delicious appetizer and could be eaten as a lunch if you went at that time. The Wagu smash burger with bacon and avocado was tasty. The local special of elk, asparagus and mashed potatoes was the best!! I have never had my red meat that rare, but the chef knew what he was doing because it melted in my mouth. The mashed potatoes were the best I’ve ever had!

I went for breakfast, normally I would go for a buffet when they have it. However, today I decided to do it different and I'm so glad I did. I tried the pastrami benedict..I was so pleased. The fresh fruit salad was to die for. May I also add I had no additives and the flavors omg. I'm so glad I decided to step out the box. Thanks for great customer service Graham

I have to say previous Mother's Day was great. This time very disappointed. Some of the food was cold, lukewarm and desserts subpar. Can we have hot items on the dessert bar, and can we have a very nice ham?! Management did make up by brining a hot breakfast the potato's they gave me were on point. They should have been on the buffet which were very good. By that time Mother's Day was ruined. Take an example from the Grand America and Stein Ericksen! They know how to do Mother's Day.
