Parking is horrendous. I had to park several blocks away. The street is major dusty. The venue itself is decent. The staff are super friendly. Seating arrangement could be better. Most people stood for the majority of the event. The drinks were decently priced. I definitely would go back. I say pay them a visit for sure. Just plan ahead to get there early for better parking options and to try and get a good seat with a decent view.

This was a great venue for a punk concert, but there were a few major issues. The venue should've been slightly slanted as it was hard to see in the back. The venue was so dark you could only make out the shapes of people, but I liked that later on. The horrible thing about the venue was the lack of air conditioning. As soon as I walked into the venue before the concert, I was already thinking about how hot it was. Everyone was already fanning themselves. By the second song, everyone was already sweaty. This is literally the hottest I've ever been at a concert in my life and I go to a few every year. It was worse than outdoor 100° concerts in the sun. Between bands, everyone was soaked with sweat and trying to get air. We went outside and it wasn't any cooler and we were just hit with cigarette smoke. A lot of us girls went into the bathrooms to wipe off sweat from our faces with paper towels, but they were out. I saw venue workers carrying in cases of water. I don't know if the AC was broken, but I think it was actually quite dangerous in there. People were swaying from the heat and they weren't even in the pit or in the packed crowd at the front. I was so disappointed in The Union. I've been to all the other venues in the area and it is my least favorite because of the heat. Boooo

Great indoor venue for concerts. Plenty of space for big crowds. The downside: no onsite parking and 99% of the space is standing room. If you get stuck behind people taller than you, good luck seeing any of the performances. Only 21 and up is allowed upstairs so that also limits the viewing for those under 21.

Lovely! Easy to get to from frontrunner or downtown. I always park at the Gateway and walk over. There's a good balcony for 21+ and tons of space on the floor. Pretty good drinks and snacks, there's usually a food truck before right at the door and somebody selling hotdogs after shows.

I recently had the privilege of attending a concert night featuring the talented artist FINNEAS. I decided to indulge in the VIP experience, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The VIP area offered a more exclusive and comfortable setting, allowing me to enjoy the evening with a sense of luxury and ease. The staff in the VIP section were attentive and provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout the night. However, there were a few aspects of the event that could have been improved. One of the main issues was the security line, which began a bit late compared to the scheduled time. This delay caused some inconvenience for the attendees, as it meant we had to wait longer than expected before entering the venue. I understand that security is a priority, but a more efficient process could have minimized the wait time. Another notable aspect of the concert was the audio quality. The band’s performance was exceptional, and the sound of their instruments was fantastic. The music was clear and vibrant, creating an immersive experience for the audience. However, the microphone sound was barely audible, which was disappointing. It was challenging to hear the vocals clearly, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the concert. Despite these minor setbacks, there were positive moments as well. While we were waiting for the artists to take the stage, I appreciated the staff’s thoughtful gesture of passing out water bottles for hydration. This small act of kindness was a nice touch and showed that the organizers were considerate of the attendees’ comfort. Overall, it was a memorable night, and I look forward to attending more concerts in the future.
