We started the event with a live harp + violin performance on the stage, a tour of the spectacular theater, and then we sat for dinner in The Grand Lobby. Our guests were dazzled and transported to a magical place. Ricky and the events team could not have been more supportive. It was a pleasure to team up with them and my creative team. I attended the Kaskade Christmas concert at this venue and had a great experience overall. Entry was smooth, with minimal wait times, making access to the venue hassle-free. Inside, there were multiple bar areas, ensuring that guests could grab drinks without long lines. However, one downside was the restroom availability on the second floor—there were only two stalls in the women’s restroom, leading to longer-than-expected wait times. Additionally, security was very persistent in managing crowd flow, particularly in our area, where people frequently blocked access points and stood in sections without assigned seating, completely obstructing our view. On a positive note, the interior design of the venue is stunning, adding to the overall ambiance of the event. Despite a few inconveniences, it was a great night, and I would consider returning for future concerts.

A smaller sized theater, it is another beautiful example of Spanish Gothic style design. I can't vouch for the sound as I've only seen one concert there and I have to say it was not the best sound, but perhaps in a different location it might sound better. That being said, it gave my experience there a more intimate one due to the smaller size. Loved it!
