For the price point being a student and getting a ticket for less than $10 this is an awesome theatre! It reminds me of movie theatre’s when I was a kid, it was like I was back in the 90s and early 2000s. Out of date for sure, but for $10 that didn’t matter. Chairs were comfortable enough. I saw Lilo & Stich opening day at 7pm and I was the only one there which was super strange. Popcorn and candy is also way cheeper than these other chain theatre’s.

One of the best movie viewing experiences in the area, and it's cheap. Seats are comfortable, but don't recline. I did not notice any broken seats in Auditorium 1. Popcorn is $2-3 cheaper than larger chain cinemas.

The Varsity has been around for a long time and it's starting to look like it. Several broken seats in theatre 3 were of no consequence, since there were only four people in the audience for the Led Zeppelin movie. Still, the screen and sound system were adequate for the show.
