The room was very nice with a great view. The doorway into the bathroom was a little tight though so it was hard to get in with my crutches. The bed was so soft and comfortable. I didnt get up for breakfast in the morning, but my family did and said it was very good. So I can recommend eating in the in hotel restaurant. There were water bottles in the room and we got some when we checked in also which was really nice to have. The valet staff were very helpful in giving directions to check in. There is also a Starbucks in the hotel near the check in. I felt pretty safe in this hotel, you need to use your key to get the hotel to go up to the floors where the rooms are. Its in walking distance to Olympic Park and some nice restaurants. Highly recommend if you're in Atlanta.

Perfect location for our trip to Formal Markets at AmericasMart in Atlanta! We loved that we could walk straight through the tunnel without ever stepping outside. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was able to accommodate us earlier than expected. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel had great amenities—an upstairs pool, a 24-hour gym that my travel companion really enjoyed, and even a Starbucks right inside the building. Parking was convenient enough—we used a paid lot right next door since the hotel’s valet service was already full (they mentioned it fills up quickly). Overall, everything was easy and made our stay enjoyable.

I had an amazing solo getaway stay for my birthday. Staff was very kind and welcoming, my room was clean, and such a beautiful view on the 46th floor. Everything was perfect! Check in and out was quick and easy. Shout out to the bartenders downstairs that accommodated me on my birthday with “just a Coke “ as I requested even though they were just about to close. It’s all I wanted and they were kind about it.

I had expected more from a Westin. A room near the top does offer great views of the city but this hotel is old (more than 50 years) and it shows. The lifts take a long time to arrive and the card access terminal in the lifts didn’t always work. The breakfast buffet was ordinary although the wait staff were attentive. The hotel is centrally located and a short walk to major attractions like the aquarium and Coco-Cola museum.

Great hotel , valet was very quick and simple , front desk was very friendly , the inside is beautiful had a good bar and lots of seating in lobby, the room was nice and very clean, the view was the best part tho ! The location of the hotel is great walking distance from aquarium and other attractions The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because my room was still not available when I arrived at 10 PM. Had to wait another hour.
