They oversold non-refundable tickets to a rave and made ticket holders wait outside in a line as if we hadn’t paid to get access. How are you going to sell tickets to an event and then stop ticket holders from entering because you’re at max capacity? You’d think management would cap the amount of tickets sold but nope, lots of people outside the venue waiting to get in. Not a fan of an establishment that cares more about making (stealing) money than providing a valuable service.

Went for goth night (for the third or fourth time). One of my wife and my favorite venues in the state. Fantastic space with different zones for different tones. Have yet to had a bad experience there. All stars, no notes :)

Genuinely don't understand all the good reviews. I went there once for their special Hex Education event, and it was one of the worst birthdays I've ever had. They made me pay for a ticket that wasn't needed because no one checked for a ticket. It was difficult to find and NOT clear that you need to go through the Midnight Cowboy to get there, because the door that looks like it should be the entrance is locked. (There were no signs when I went; maybe that's changed since then) I went there specifically to socialize and dance, maybe even meet someone from the queer scene, but there was NO ONE there. Not even after two hours; there was a small group of guys playing cards, two people at the bar who knew each other, and one rando. No one was even dancing!! And it's a shame, because the only good thing about this club IS the music. But good music only goes so far when there's hardly another soul around. This was my first time at a club too- it was really disappointing and a complete waste of my time.
