I've been buying from the wine house for 10yrs and this is one of the best wine stores in the country. They're very flexible, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and most importantly, very friendly. Definitely recommend if you live in LA, but also if you want to ship to you.

It is very upsetting that I have to write this review after being a long-term customer of the Winehouse recently I went there and bought a 1992 bottle of Caymus for $150 to celebrate with friends and family disappointingly that wine turned out to be corked and bad upon going back to return the bottle I was told that they don’t honor refunds And I was told that I was gambling that’s interesting because I don’t gamble so while while I lost $150 in the short term, they have lost thousands of dollars in future revenue and lost a lifetime customer. It looks like they were the ones who were gambling and they lost. Extremely disappointing customer service I will never step foot in that store again nor spend another dollar there
