This is the Woodlands project of Sweetwater brewery, which is rentable event space and where barrel aged beer rests. Open to the public on weekends, check the times. The beers on offer here are excellent, unique, and widely appreciated by different pallets. Beers aged in wine barrels take on the character of wine, which was a new flavor to me. The space is beautiful and impressive. It’s very cool to be able to sip some drinks while wandering around rows of barrels.

Pleasant surprise adjacent to an already excellent brewery - but only if you're up for exotic flavors. Expect sours, aged beers, and hop variants. Quieter and more refined than the main building of Sweetwater.

This place sucks. They take forever to load semi trucks. Takes them 7 hours to load. Ridiculous place. Will never come back here again.

This place was pretty impressive. All of their beers were absolutely amazing. My favorite was the rainy day acid trip. Also the inside of the building is stunning.
