Full time living in this building and location is lovely. The area is walkable and beach is a ten minute walk. Best restaurant within 6 minute walk. The pool is clean and lovely. We enjoy this property and location.

The valet here told my uber driver “Hola amigo, don’t come here again or I’m going to call ice on you. Comprende? I’m going to deport you.” I told him not to talk to him like that. He said they knows not to drive to the front and to go straight to the back. My sister was also coming in an uber so I told her to drive straight back to avoid the harassment of the valet here. However, when she arrived the same guard stepped in front of her car as they were going straight and made the same deportation threats unprovoked. This was very disappointing to experience as it didn’t look like the rest of the staff cared and was used to this kind of banter.

DO NOT RENT HERE. THE ELEVATORS ARE A NIGHTMARE. SOMEDAYS NO service for hours. People have been stuck here. We had to walk up many flights or walk down. No signs or warnings. It’s like they are keeping it a secret. If you ask questions, you are told nothing except we are working on it. Well, WORK ON IT. IT HAS BEEN an inconvenience for months. Renters and owners should receive some recompense. It’s the talk of the pool. Sadly management has not handled it well with their band aid tactics. It is INEXCUSABLE! Poor management, poor communication, sad experience. An additional note, someone needs to investigate the management of valet parking. Something is foul here. Plus, poor communication skills should not be tolerated. In emergency they couldn’t handle it.
