I am new to Yoga and trying to make it a daily practice. The owner/instructor was very welcoming. She was more my vibe than some other “influencer” like yoga studios. It’s all about trying new things and pushing your body even if it feels/looks weird. There are no large mirror walls so that you focus on how you feel rather than how you look BUT the place is still very aesthetically pleasing with the “hive” theme, super cute. I do not live in the area so I can’t frequent as much as I would like but I will definitely drop in anytime I’m on that side of town.

Did some baby and me classes here! Loved it! Jasmine was so awesome. Beautiful space. Great instructions with modifications that gave an open and accepting environment. So nice to see baby and me yoga classes because they are not abundant. Will take her class again in the next series.

There is real care to address the needs of beginners. And there are more challenging classes available as well. More than that The Yoga Hive is a diverse community of happy people.
