We got an upgrade to a VIP room with a private bathroom inside! The room was so clean and huge with plenty of seating. The karaoke system (DuoChang) had a great selection of English and Mexican songs—we were able to find all the songs we wanted, surprisingly! My coworkers had a blast and absolutely loved it. Speaking of the food, we ordered their signature chicken wings, and they were worth a try! This place exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely come back next time.

The private rooms are very clean and fancy looking. There’s a bar outside the rooms. We got the biggest private room for a friend’s birthday party and there was a bathroom inside the room!!! That was so cool. The workers were also super accommodating and nice. I came in with crutches because of my sprained ankle and the worker held the door open for me. I also like that there’s a lot of easy free street parking right in front.

We had such a great time! Your group can rent private party rooms or hang out in the main room to party with all the new friends! If you want to sing in the main room, it's $25 per person. With the excellent sound system, smoke machine, and lighting effects, it was worth it for the handful of songs I got to sing. If your group members all want to sing, it may be less expensive to rent a room. The staff was helpful and fun, with some talented singers among them. They walked us through the process of requesting songs, and it was super easy. It offered the standard American pop, but a wide selection of international music as well. The food was great, and the main areas were clean and neat. The ladies' restroom needs some better door locks, thus the nearly perfect score.

Whenever I want to have a time of my singing moment I always come back here for it. Chicken wings are awesome as well as the noodles with beef brisket or duck depends on what you want. And I am so happy because they updated the system and it had YouTube to compensate, which is good for me because I am a nostalgia person, and now I can finally enjoy more than ever to sing the songs I love!

Was disappointed. We were not told about a service charge and karaoke tax. We were able to book 2 hours for 3people, each hour being $60. We had one drink and were told the bartender left when trying to get another. The drinks we were able to get were small and $20 each. I had expected to pay a little over $130 with the drinks and karaoke but ended up paying $250. No explanation on the service charge and felt it was put there for stereotypical reasoning. I am editing my review because after the accounts of last night and a discussion with the people I went with and we feel we were discriminated against. Why were we charged a service fee when we were provided no service?
