I enjoy this location every now and then but the last time I came in made me feel pretty bad. I had been waiting for a little while for my order when a lady came up to the receptacle and asked what i was waiting for, i let her know my order and she said she would get it right out (or something akin to that), less than 5 minutes later the order came out and i grabbed it and went on my way. I arrived home only to realize both of my drinks were really wrong and they forgot my cheese cup. I understand mistakes happen but rushing to do something incorrect when i spent extra money for specific things is a bit frustrating. On top of that, trying to call this location or text for assistance just leads to nothing. 1 voicemail left and no response and an undelivered message.

I usually like to get thirst drink with my husband we usually get the hustle but today we decided to get something different and I really liked my drink. I got the April something and my husband got one of the water drinks that’s supposed to have orange pieces of mango lime and lemon in it and well we usually when it has the pieces of the fruit we’d like to eat it or something like the oranges were good. The lime was OK in the lemon too but the pieces of the mango or just disgusting. They tasted like they were. They were in good like they were past days and like the drink didn’t even taste good either and I don’t know if it was because of the mango was like not good anymore or something, but we love our strength and it was something that I wanted to leave for them to knowbut yeah

I would have a happy day if they could ever get my order right. They never ask for my phone number and if I offer it to them they say they don’t need it and then when I asked again they’re like oops I forgot. I try to order a fresh Prince with Mountain Dew they always make it with lemonade 🤢. I thought I would give it another shot. This is the third time in a row they messed up my order. It’s just starting to get annoying. Nobody cares or has integrity I’m not even sure if the girl who helped me worked there cause she kept having to ask everyone if you had something or if you didn’t have something. I’m not the type to turn around and complain but this time there was hair in my food. Thirst trap fail
