Called to inquire about some merchandise they had listed online. The item in question required a separate power supply, and since I didnt see it included in the photos or in the listing I began to ask the employee about the lack of the necessary hardware and the overall functionality of the device. She basically stated that they do not verify whether or not some of the items they are selling are functional and that the responsibility of verifying the products functionality is solely on the customer, AND that if i did proceed with the purchase I only had 3 days to test the item and come back to return it if it wasnt working... for store credit :( upon hearing this I was actually a little shocked that this is how they operated their business so I began to ask a more pointed question about the return process and not being able to recoup the payment if the item didnt work and only being given store credit as compensation to which the employee responsed by abruptly hanging up on me. Terrible customer service, terrible business practices. I would give this place less than 1 star if that were possible
