Customer service sucks!!!! They DO NOT CARE to keep their customers business!! If you decide to go into this store it’s at your own risk….yes of course they want your money 💰 but DO NOT expect any customer service or understanding…the store always has the right to do anything and everything they want, they change policies at their convenience and will fight you tooth and nail to prove the customer wrong and even if they can’t, they will lie to your face and make it to where the customers have no rights. Oh, but yes they’ll gladly take your cash or swipe your Visa card $$$$ but the minute you question them about an item or question the price, they’re ready to be on the defense and give you attitude and don’t ask to speak to a manager because they’re never there and they’ll tell you to come back another day… This was my experience at this store, actually twice I’ve had a horrible experience there but I decided to try it again hoping the same people were gone but it’s management & owners that are the hateful & unprofessional ones. Heed the warning ⚠️ people…know who you are dealing with before you give these people your hard earned money…mangers and supervisors talk to you as if you are beneath them!! We the customers are the ones that give them their paychecks!!!! Without us as customers going into that store spending our money they wouldn’t get paid!!!! Yet they act like we’re a bother to them when we question something or complain about something- I asked to speak to the manager myself after 5 min of going back and forth with the cashier & the manager on the phone about some items that were put back without my knowledge. I was told the manager’s name was Anna and she was in the back warehouse. Cashier passed the phone to me and said the manager can talk to you the phone, when I said hello, she was already annoyed and very short tempered, she started yelling at me that there’s nothing she can do because the lady that put the items back had already gone home, told me to come the next day and that she doesn’t have time to look for them herself. Not even because I had just spent a lot of money there, did they make any effort to show that they appreciate one’s business!!!

I completely understand the ratings now. This is one of those thrift stores. You really have to search. They do have good sales not all the time good quality. also, they have a lot of organic foods that are cheaply discounted, most of them expired though. I did find some organic sprouted pumpkin seeds for three bucks that wasn’t expired. So you can find good deals here, you just have to search, make sure it’s not expired, and make sure it’s not going to tear apart within a week lol I can definitely see this as a spot where you don’t have clothes you don’t care about the quality and you just need something to put on.

This place is amazing. You can get new and gently used items at a very reasonable price. I bought a recliner which usually is $700 at Costco and only paid $170 new in a box. From designer clothes, shoes and purses at really cheap prices. You can’t go wrong. They also have a variety of snacks real cheap. Love this place. I try and go twice a week and unfortunately I’m not a senior, but they have senior discounts every Wednesday and special tag prices for different days. I love it.
